老年髋部骨折术后死亡危险因素分析

摘要：

<正>随着医疗及生活水平的提高,人类寿命不断延长,老年人由于运动机能退化,反应迟钝,容易受伤,同时老年人群普遍存在的骨质疏松症使得外伤后髋部骨折发生率大大增高。出于缓解疼痛,改善功能等目的,老年髋部骨折首选手术治疗。目前,认为老年髋部骨折术后高死亡率可能是老年人生理状况、手术打击、术后康复等多种因素共同作用的结果。了解老年髋部骨折术后真正死因可以提前对患者进行预测,尽早进行预防。
