摘要：

肠屏障功能障碍是应激状态下导致全身炎性反应综合征、多器官功能障碍综合征甚至多器官功能衰竭的一个重要因素,如何进行肠屏障功能的监测和评估作为研究其发生机制及治疗方法的突破口,已引起广泛关注。现就常用肠屏障功能检测指标:肠黏膜组织学评价、理化特性评价、分子探针检测、D-乳酸监测、细菌移位和内毒素检测等方面予以综述。
