选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂的失活、失效预防、再生和回收利用研究进展

摘要
综述了选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝钒钛基催化剂失活的机理,针对该催化剂不同失活机理,提出相应的失效预防手段、多种再生方法和回收利用途径。在此基础上,提出了一套SCR脱硝催化剂管理系统。进行SCR脱硝催化剂管理系统的开发,有利于最大程度地延长催化剂使用寿命,降低脱硝运行成本,缓解废弃催化剂的环境危害,促进SCR脱硝技术的推广和应用。
