摘要：

QRS波时限是一个简便而实用的临床指标。左心结构和功能的改变与QRS波时限延长可能互为因果,运动试验中QRS波时限变宽对冠心病的诊断预后的判断可能比ST-T改变更有价值。QRS波时限可以协助初步判断患者是否适合心脏再同步化治疗(CRT),在判断CRT疗效或CRT随访中QRS波时限也有重要作用。QRS波时限延长可能与恶性室性心律失常相关。QRS波时限延长是心肌梗死或冠心病死亡的独立预测因子,是心力衰竭患者心源性死亡或全因死亡的独立危险因子。QRS波时限对高血压患者及普通人群也有预后预测价值。
