摘要：

抑郁症患者容易发生室性心律失常,特别是伴有心血管疾病时,而抗抑郁药物和电休克疗法又有室性心律失常的副作用,显示出抑郁症与室性心律失常之间有密切的关系。其机制尚未完全阐明,可能与自主神经功能紊乱、炎症状态、心脏离子通道异常等因素有关。
