摘要
植物种质资源是物种进化、遗传学研究及植物育种的物质基础 ,也是人类生存与持续发展的基本依存条件 .为此 ,国内外学者对植物种质保存的原理与技术进行了全面研究 .在简要概述常规种质保存的基础上 ,着重阐述了离体保存原理 ,全面综述了该项技术在植物种质保存中的主要方法、程序及保存效果评价等的最新研究进展 .
