<正>慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)是常见的临床综合征,是各种心脏病的终末阶段,其病死率占同期心血管病的40%,患者出院后30d内再入院率可高达27%[1]。并且随着老龄社会的迅速到来和心脏诊疗技术的发展,CHF患者的数量也在急剧上升,这给家庭及社会带来沉重的经济负担,已成为重要的公共卫生问题。但是,国外研究[2]发现,
