摘要
溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种生物活性磷脂介质,主要通过G蛋白偶联受体发挥多种生物学功能。LPA可促进血小板聚集,并激活血小板使之释放更多的LPA。随着对LPA研究的不断深入,近年来发现LPA可促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,与脑血管痉挛有关,作用于星形细胞产生多种效应影响缺血性脑血管病的恢复。
