摘要
目的:建立虎杖药材的谱-效整合指纹图谱,为科学评价其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列-流动注射化学发光法得到不同来源虎杖药材的谱-效整合指纹图谱,从而综合评价虎杖药材的质量。结果:对19批药材的化学指纹图谱和清除自由基的活性指纹图谱分别进行了相似度评价,并对其结果进行了对比分析。对13个主要抗氧化成分的色谱峰面积和活性进行了回归分析,并利用HPLC-ESI-MS鉴定了部分成分的化学结构。结论:基于高效液相色谱-二极管阵列-流动注射化学发光法所建立的虎杖的谱-效整合指纹图谱能快速筛选虎杖药材中的主要抗氧化活性成分,这种综合评价方法能更客观、有效地反映虎杖药材的质量。
