肠易激综合征发病因素的研究进展

摘要：

目的探讨肠易激综合征的病因,用于指导治疗。方法参阅国内外相关文献,分析归纳目前国内外的研究现状。结果通过总结发现肠易激综合征的病因及机制与动力异常、内脏敏感性改变、精神心理因素、性别因素、饮食因素、遗传及环境因素、急性肠道感染有关,近年研究发现还与小肠细菌过度生长有明显关系。结论IBS病因较多,祛除病因可以提高IBS治疗效果。
