摘要
脑卒中后的神经功能缺损可有不同程度的自行改善,目前认为残存脑组织的可塑性发挥了重要作用。近年来以正电子发射断层扫描(PET)、功能磁共振(fMRI)、经颅磁刺激(TMS)、脑磁图(MEG)等手段获得的脑损伤后康复的资料均支持脑卒中后功能重组的概念。本文对基础和临床研究卒中后促进神经功能恢复的治疗方法进行探讨,以期对脑卒中的康复治疗提供有价值的建议。
