肝纤维化越来越受到肝病研究者的重视。本文就2003年以来参与肝纤维化发生发展的候选基因的研究概况、存在的问题及其研究的正确设计作一介绍,并同时对肝纤维化诊断与治疗方法的进展也作一简介。
