持续负压封闭吸引技术在慢性难愈性创面治疗中的应用

摘要：

目的探讨持续负压封闭吸引技术在治疗慢性难愈性创面中的临床效果。方法 58例慢性创面患者行常规清创术,使用持续负压封闭吸引覆盖创面,每次负压吸引7～10 d,经1～2次吸引,创面肉芽丰满后行游离植皮或皮瓣手术修复创面。结果 3例患者自行愈合,46例患者经游离皮片移植,9例经局部任意皮瓣修复后创面完全愈合。结论持续负压封闭吸引技术简便有效、可靠安全,能改善创面条件,缩短创面治疗时间,为慢性难愈性创面的修复提供治疗方法。
