肠道吻合愈合研究进展

摘要
肠道吻合愈合过程中胶原代谢受MMP、TIMP、NOS和胶原基因等调控。不同部位的胶原合成能力不同 ,小肠胶原合成能力明显高于结肠。结肠胶原合成能力基本一致 ,小肠近段、远段胶原合成能力比中段强。肠道吻合后 ,结肠胶原降解比小肠明显、持久。腹腔感染、糖尿病、肠梗阻和放疗等通过不同途径调节胶原代谢而影响肠道吻合愈合
