摘要：

椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IVDD)是一种常见的疾病,是一系列脊柱退行性疾病的前提和基础病理,其病因涉及许多因素。国内外学者从不同角度进行了深入的探讨,但对其认识却有着不同的见解。出现这些学说的主要原因是分别应用了不同的研究工具,得出了不同的结论。本综述尝试提供一种椎间盘退变的统一标准模型,纠正一些错误的概念,整合已知的致病因素并按照性质将各种理论综合起来,从而对其发病机制进行进一步探讨。
