紫花苜蓿外源基因共转化植株的再生

摘要
高含硫氨基酸蛋白(HNP)基因和发根(rol)基因由发根农杆菌介导转入紫花苜蓿,成功地从子叶毛根组织诱导转基因植株再生.子叶是较理想的转化受体,毛根年龄与紫花苜蓿体细胞胚分化频率呈负相关.共转化植株高产、优质性状的产生对紫花苜蓿新品种的培育有重要意义.
