摘要：

支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,是变应性疾病的一种,和其他变应性疾病如过敏性鼻炎、湿疹、异位性皮炎等有密切联系,并常共存。鼻接触过敏原能导致气道炎症,气道高反应性,而哮喘患者常合并有过敏性鼻炎。治疗过敏性鼻炎等变应性疾病可进一步改善及控制哮喘的症状。了解这些关系,对哮喘的诊治有一定帮助。
