定量降钙素原测定在血流感染诊断中的应用

摘要：

目的结合血培养,评价血清降钙素原定量检测对血流感染的诊断作用。方法对我院2009年6月-2010年4月同时进行血培养与降钙素原检测患者资料进行回顾性分析,应用全自动连续性检测系统BacT/Alert3D进行血培养,VITEK II微生物全自动鉴定仪对病原菌进行鉴定,应用法国梅里埃mini-VIDAS全自动免疫荧光分析仪(B.R.A.H.M.S PCT assay)检测降钙素原(PCT)。应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 506份同时送检的标本,PCT和血培养的阳性率分别为43.9%和20.6%;以0.70为截点,PCT诊断的敏感性为87.5%、特异性为67.4%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为41.0%、95.4%。结论定量PCT检测操作简单,对于血流感染诊断有一定的敏感性和特异性,可连续监测患者感染状况,能及时为临床决策提供依据。
