摘要：

慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)在泌尿外科临床研究中备受关注。在过去的几十年里,许多新方法被用于CP/CPPS的病因学、病理生理学机制、治疗学的研究。CP/CPPS的病因学仍不清楚。微生物的、理化的、尿流动力学的和免疫学的因素都曾得到关注,但没有一项成为定论。CP/CPPS的组织病理学改变相对比较清楚,但是导致慢性炎症和症状迁延不愈的病理生理学变化尚不清楚。我们的研究目的,就是尝试从不同研究领域的文献中寻找有关CP/CPPS病理生理学机制的理论的和实验的依据,提出一个建立在非相关文献间的隐含联系中的假说。
