血-前列腺屏障的假说及其对前列腺炎研究的意义

摘要：

在慢性前列腺炎的研究工作中,血-前列腺屏障的研究是个被忽视的领域。在Pubmed等医学类数据库中找不到一篇关于血-前列腺屏障的研究综述。甚至找不到一个关于它的令人满意的定义。我们的研究目的,就是尝试从不同研究领域的文献中寻找有关"血-前列腺屏障"的理论和实验的依据,提出一个建立在非相关文献间的隐含联系中的假说。我们相信,血-前列腺屏障是客观存在的,而且在前列腺炎的发病机制中扮演着关键性的角色。
