<正>脑卒中是一种常见的脑血管疾病,最新发表的全球疾病负担报告显示,我国人民的年脑卒中患病率为2022.0/10万,年发病率为276.7/10万,粗死亡率为153.9/10万[1]。其中,大约有一半的患者出现不同程度的认知功能受损[2]。脑卒中后认知障碍(post-stroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)患者死亡率明显高于普通脑卒中患者,且致残率增加,严重影响患者生活质量、健康状况,给家庭及社会带来沉重经济负担[3—4]。当前,PSCI的治疗以药物为主,但疗效有限且患者易出现不良反应[5—6],认知康复、心理干预等非药物疗法也没有明确治疗效果[5]。
