情绪智力影响工作倦怠机制中工作压力的中介作用研究

摘要：

基于对387名中国员工的调查数据,分析、考察了情绪智力与工作倦怠的关系中工作压力的中介作用.结果表明:在情绪智力影响情绪衰竭的过程中,工作压力是一个完全中介变量;但在情绪智力与工作倦怠的其他两个维度(玩世不恭和成就感低落)的关系中,工作压力只有部分中介作用.这表明情绪智力影响情绪衰竭的机制与影响玩世不恭、成就感低落的机制不完全相同.
