肠黏膜屏障老化研究进展

摘要：

肠黏膜屏障主要由微生态屏障、化学屏障、机械屏障、免疫屏障等组成,稳定而完整的肠黏膜屏障才能阻止肠腔中的病原体和有害物质进入机体内环境,以维持机体内环境的稳定。老年人常处于低度炎症状态,某些肠道疾病和SIRS、MODS高发,可能与其肠黏膜屏障结构和功能退化有关。本文对肠黏膜屏障的老化研究进展做一综述。
