摘要:
Fluorescent brighteners were used to estimate wall regeneration by protoplasts of T. viride. Initially there was a rapid synthesis of .beta.-linked glucans which, unlike normal mycelium, subsequently decreased. Aberrant tubes, unlike normal mycelium, showed a uniform fluorescence along the regenerating wall which was less intense than normal mycelium.
