人工智能在脊柱侧弯筛查和诊断中的应用与展望

摘要
背景:脊柱侧弯是脊柱侧向弯曲和旋转的三维畸形,其发病年龄覆盖整个生命周期,成为威胁人们健康的重要卫生问题。随着计算机科学的发展不断进步,目前人工智能在医学诊治方面有着巨大的应用潜力,也逐渐被应用于脊柱侧弯的筛查和诊断中。目的:全面梳理人工智能在脊柱侧弯筛查和诊断中的应用,多方面阐述近年来的应用进展,并对其创新点进行展望,为未来智能化的趋势提供参考。方法:检索覆盖Pub Med、IEEE Xplore、中国知网、万方数据库,英文检索词为“scoliosis,artificial intelligence,machine learning,screen,diagnosis”等,中文检索词为“脊柱侧弯、人工智能、机器学习、筛查、诊断”等,结合布尔逻辑以优化检索策略。纳入与人工智能在脊柱侧弯筛查和诊断中应用研究直接相关的文章,排除关联性不强、陈旧、实验设计不严谨或可信度差的文献,最终纳入83篇文献进行分析。结果与结论:(1)人工智能在脊柱侧弯的初期筛查、胸片筛查、智能手机筛查、X射线片诊断、CT和MRI诊断、脊柱三维图像的重建等多个领域均展现出独特的应用价值和发展前景;(2)人工智能在脊柱侧弯筛查和诊断领域的应用可提高效率、降低误诊率、减轻医护人员负担,便于早期发现并确诊脊柱侧弯,为脊柱健康保驾护航。
