外部知识搜索能提升中小微企业协同创新能力吗?——互补性与辅助性知识整合的中介作用

摘要：

外部知识搜索能否提升中小微企业协同创新能力?为了回答这一问题,结合知识搜索与协同创新理论,探讨了外部知识搜索、知识整合及企业协同创新能力之间的关系。以188家浙江省科技型中小微企业为实证样本检验相关假设,研究结果表明:(1)市场知识搜索和技术知识搜索均能提升中小微企业协同创新能力;(2)互补性知识整合和辅助性知识整合在市场知识搜索与企业协同创新能力之间起着部分中介作用,而互补性知识整合在技术知识搜索与企业协同创新能力之间起着完全中介作用。
