摘要：

放射性肠炎是腹腔、盆腔或腹膜后恶性肿瘤经过放射后引起的肠道并发症,可以累及小肠、结肠和直肠。目前临床上以营养支持、黏膜保护剂、生长抑素、微生态制剂等药物治疗为主,暂无统一的临床治疗方案。该文主要是对其临床治疗的最新研究进展,如内科药物、高压氧、内镜治疗、手术等进行综合性综述,以求于探索并制订出有效可靠的标准化治疗方案。
