摘要
细胞的自体吞噬现象普遍存在于真核细胞,其参与细胞诸多生理和病理过程,并受复杂的信号级联网络调控。自噬异常与肿瘤的发生、发展有关,可从多个层面影响肿瘤发生的进程。研究细胞自噬不仅能揭示生物自身调控的复杂性和多样性,同时为肿瘤基因治疗及克服肿瘤耐药性的研究提供了新的思路。本文拟通过对自噬的发生、功能、分子机制及与肿瘤的关系的最新研究进展综述,为抗肿瘤研究提供线索。
