超声弹性成像在肌肉痉挛评定中的应用进展

摘要
痉挛是上运动神经元损伤的常见表现之一。目前临床上多采用半定量量表对痉挛进行评定。超声弹性成像(UE)可用于评价肌肉组织弹性,不仅能用于脑瘫、脑卒中后肌肉痉挛的评定,还能用于痉挛治疗效果的评定,且与临床常用痉挛评定量表有很好的相关性。UE也用于脊髓损伤、多发性硬化等肌肉痉挛评定中。
