摘要：

吸收能力与知识的获取、消化和应用密切相关,吸收能力的研究成为近年来日益关注的主题之一。简述了吸收能力的内涵,对吸收能力的测度、过程模型、前因变量等方面的研究进行了述评,提出了进一步研究的方向。
