自发性脑出血评分量表对自发性脑出血预后的评价作用

摘要
自发性脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)评分量表是一种简单易行的评估自发性脑出血危重程度的表,主要评分内容包括患者的临床表现、生命体征、影像学特点等脑出血独立危险因素,ICH评分量表对脑出血预后的评价以及临床治疗起指导作用。随着ICH评分量表的提出和外部应用,几个根据ICH评分量表所衍生出的相关量表将发病后30 d、6个月的病死率和病残情况等作为临床结局,并对评分内容进行了修订和完善,以期能够合理地评估脑出血预后,这些评分量表均有各自特点。目前,对评分界点的选择及哪一种量表能够更加准确预测脑出血不同时间段临床结局仍有争议。
