摘要：

企业高质量数字化转型是经济高质量发展的重要组成，其重点在于释放数据要素对资源的再配置作用以实现企业高质量发展。本文以索菲亚2008—2022年期间从大规模定制到智能制造的实践展开纵向案例研究，形成两个理论贡献：一是从数据要素驱动视角提出并定义企业高质量数字化转型的概念，提炼出要素重构、要素创造和要素创生三个高质量数字化转型实现路径，形成企业高质量数字化转型路径研究的理论创新；二是通过比较三个转型路径资源再配置形成的高质量发展特征，阐述高质量数字化转型的本质是基于数据要素提高企业内外资源再配置效率而促进企业高质量发展，形成数据要素驱动企业高质量数字化转型管理的适应性变革理论创新。
