<正>艾滋病在我国呈现出快速增长的趋势,国家卫生部公布2007年艾滋病病例数较2006年明显上升了。高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)的广泛推广,大大地降低了HIV阳性患者的发病率和死亡率,使它已经成为类似心血管病等的慢性病。然而艾滋病患者这一人群的生活存在着很多的问题,严重影响着他们的疾病治疗和生活质量,包括吸毒、不安全性行为、危害公共安全、不按时服药及受到社会歧视等等,艾滋病人这一特殊
