<正> 获得性低位髌骨的概述和定义低位髌骨可以分为先天性、获得性和混合性。先天性低位髌骨指出生不久就出现髌骨距离股骨滑车较远。获得性低位髌骨主要是指继发于创伤或全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)等手术后形成的,以髌骨远离股骨滑车或髌韧带缩
