摘要：

<正>艾滋病与自杀是全球面临的两个重大公共卫生问题,严重影响社会和经济的发展。高效抗反转录病毒疗法(HAART)能有效控制艾滋病,延长艾滋病患者的寿命,提高生活质量,艾滋病已成为慢性疾病。从感染HIV发展为艾滋病约需要3～10年时间。在这期间,感染者具有完好的社会功能,可以继续为社会和家庭创造价值。然而,HIV感染者/AIDS患者(HIV/AIDS)具有较高的自杀危险,自杀未遂或
