MAPK信号通路与肠道疾病靶向应用前景

摘要
宿主肠道免疫系统的内在稳态是机体发挥正常免疫防御功能的重要前提,而这种稳态会随着病原微生物的入侵或是宿主生理和病理性免疫应答被打破。肠道免疫系统通过多种细胞和分子机制实现肠道免疫微环境的稳态维持和重建。一旦调控机制出现异常,将会导致免疫功能失调和多种免疫性疾病乃至肿瘤的发生发展。MAPK信号通路是参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、存活等重要生理功能的关键胞内信号通路。研究显示该信号通路在调节肠道局部微环境的稳态中发挥重要的作用。本文将概述MAPK信号通路参与肠道免疫失衡机制及其在肠道相关疾病发生发展和干预前景的研究进展。
