中国互联网企业的成长路径、公司战略及管理策略研究

摘要
本文把我国互联网企业划分为两类成长类型,提出了相应的成长路径模型,刻画了互联网企业的成长曲线,把它们划分为S型成长曲线和平台型成长曲线;每种类型的成长曲线均由3个时期构成,并就各个时期提出并总结了相应的公司战略和管理策略框架。其次,本文选取了腾讯QQ和微信、阿里巴巴支付宝、奇虎360手机卫士、聚美优品、当当网这6家企业和产品的用户数据,拟合及研究了它们的成长曲线。实证检验结果表明,实际成长过程与路径模型符合程度高。最后,本文以滴滴出行作为深度分析案例,实证研究了滴滴成长路径、公司战略和管理策略,案例分析结果验证了本文提出的理论模型,并提供了有益启示。
