"21世纪海上丝绸之路"计划是维护中国生存和发展利益的一项长期、重大战略。而印度作为这一线路上经济规模最大、军事实力最强、政治影响力最大的区域性大国,在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"计划中具有至关重要的作用。本文从印度政府和智库对"21世纪海上丝绸之路"计划的认知出发,系统梳理印度针对该计划所采取的各项举措,进而深入探讨印度采取这种态度和举措的原因,并在此基础上提出中国应对之策。
