潜变化分数模型在组织行为学追踪研究中的应用

摘要
近年来,越来越多组织行为学领域的学者采用追踪研究设计,以尝试理清变量间的因果关系。然而,用于分析追踪数据的传统统计技术在进行因果推论时存在诸多缺陷,尤其是无法探究某一变量的变化如何影响其他变量的变化。潜变化分数模型(Latent Change Score Modeling, LCSM)可以直接估计不同变量的变化之间的关系,弥补了传统统计技术的不足。但LCSM在组织行为学追踪研究中的应用尚处于初步阶段,缺乏对LCSM系统性的梳理和实操指导。为填补这方面的不足,本文对LCSM在组织行为学追踪研究中的应用进行系统性的综述。具体来说,本文对LCSM的基本原理、其在组织行为学追踪研究中的应用主题以及应用过程中的关键问题和注意事项三个方面进行了详细的梳理和总结。最后,本文对LCSM在未来组织行为学追踪研究中的应用进行了展望。
