摘要
动物源性食品中可能会残留所有因不同目的而使用的药物,从而危害消费者的身体健康。为保证动物源性食品的安全,药物残留的快速检测技术愈来愈受到关注。近年来,很多灵敏度高、操作便捷且大批量的快速检测方法不断涌现。本文综述了动物源性食品中药物残留的快速检测技术的研究进展。
