原发性胆汁性肝硬化研究进展

摘要：

原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)是一种缓慢进展的,以肝内胆汁淤积为主要临床表现的疾病,其特征性表现为慢性胆汁淤积、抗线粒体抗体阳性以及肝活检提示非化脓性破坏性胆管炎及小叶间胆管破坏。该病发病机制至今仍未完全阐明,熊去氧胆酸是其主要的治疗药物。本文对PBC的研究进展进行综述。
