EMA-LAMP方法快速检测死/活的食源性沙门氏菌

摘要
建立应用叠氮溴化乙锭(ethidium monoazide,EMA)与环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)相结合检测沙门氏死/活菌的方法。该方法具有快速、方便和灵敏度高等优点,以SYBRGreenI为显色剂、恒温65℃、反应1h便可得出检测结果。该检测系统中,得到241bp的目标片段和类似于梯子状的系列条带。该方法的检测限为10-10gDNA/管,是EMA-PCR方法的1%。本方法实用性强,具有普遍的应用意义。
