髋臼的解剖形态及生物力学研究进展

摘要
临床应用全髋关节置换手术已经超过30年。由于髋臼结构复杂,以往的生物力学和解剖学研究多集中于股骨上段。因为近年来发现髋臼假体松动是影响全髋关节假体长期寿命的主要因素,所以开始重视髋臼的生物力学研究。本文就髋臼的解剖形态、生物力学特征等研究进展作一综述。
