摘要：

<正> 骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic pro-teins,BMPs)是一族独特的糖蛋白,是目前发现的唯一具有诱导IOPC(inducible osteogenic precur-sor cells)类细胞向成骨细胞方向转化的蛋白质。1979年,Urist首先从兔骨中提取出BMP。1990年,Ozkaynak从牛成骨蛋白提取物中分离出3种TGF-β家族的同序物,为BMP-2,3,7。BMP最初是作为一种可在异位诱导骨和软骨形成的蛋白质被发现的,但BMP具有多种生物学功能,参与胚胎时期骨组织的发育、成年骨缺损修复及机体某些骨疾患的发生过程,并且在脂肪、肾脏、肝脏、骨胳
