摘要：

他汀类药物可有效降低血清胆固醇水平,而近年来研究表明,除了降脂作用以外,他汀类药物还有很多降脂外的作用,在临床心血管疾病中发挥重要作用。本文从他汀类药物在动脉粥样硬化性疾病、充血性心力衰竭、心律失常、高血压、肾脏保护等方面介绍其降脂以外的作用,为临床上对他汀类药物的全面认识提供参考。
