摘要：

实现创新驱动发展战略的关键在于促进不同所有制企业成为自主创新的主体。本文基于中国工业企业数据库,应用循环的CDM(结构)模型,检验了国有企业和民营企业的研发投入、创新产出及其对企业绩效的影响。研究发现,国有企业的研发投入和创新产出都显著高于民营企业,但是其商业化绩效(人均销售额和人均利润)却显著低于民营企业。研究结果表明,国有企业的创新优势并没有转化为市场优势,民营企业较高的企业绩效并非来自其较高的创新效率。
