中国国有企业双元领导模式有效性研究

摘要
中国国有企业中,总经理与党委书记两位领导者具有同等级别并共同负责企业经营的现象普遍存在,但这一模式的有效性一直未得到管理学界的重视和实证检验。通过对我国国有上市公司双元领导结构权力和专家权力分布对组织财务和创新绩效的影响开展研究,发现更集权的双元领导架构对于短期财务绩效更有利,但对长期的创新更不利,前一作用在战略转型期的企业中表现尤为显著。研究结果较好地丰富了已有的领导力相关理论,对于国有企业的领导班子搭配也具有一定的实践指导意义。
