摘要：

目的评价乙醇封管对导管相关性血流感染的预防效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase、CBM、CNKI数据库从2007年1月至2017年7月的相关文献,纳入乙醇封管用于预防导管相关性血流感染的随机对照试验,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量。结果共纳入9篇文献研究,2443例患者。结果显示,乙醇封管组CRBSI发生率低于对照组[RR=0.57,95%CI(0.39,0.83),P=0.003],而两组在导管出口部位感染、不良反应、血栓和导管功能不良方面没有统计学差异。结论乙醇封管能够减少导管相关性血流感染的发生;受所纳入研究质量的限制,尚需要开展更多高质量研究予以验证。
