摘要：

偏头痛是一种临床常见的神经血管性疾病,其发病机制既涉及神经系统又涉及血管系统,很多学者都认为偏头痛与缺血性卒中之间存在复杂的关系。文章就近年来此领域的研究进展做了综述。
