局灶性脑缺血大鼠康复训练干预时间的研究

摘要
目的研究康复训练不同干预时间对脑缺血大鼠神经恢复的影响。方法成年雄性SD大鼠(n=18),随机分成早运动组、晚运动组、静止组(每组n=6)。采用ZeaLonga法制备大脑中动脉梗死(MCAO)模型,早运动组和晚运动组分别在造模后24h和1周给予电动跑台训练,每天30min,持续1周。采用神经行为学评分、脑梗死体积评价神经功能恢复情况。结果在第2周末时,早运动组的神经行为学评分高于静止组,早运动组的脑梗死体积显著小于静止组(P<0.001),而晚运动组与静止组相比则均无此差异。结论早运动训练可能有助于脑缺血大鼠神经功能的恢复。
